Joiner Multi Trade

I am currently looking for a Joiner Multi Trade to work for a top social housing provider in the Leicester area. This role is a temp to perm position working on the day to day repairs team.

In this Joiner Multi Trade role you will be responsible for:

• Reactive maintenance on council properties
• 2nd fix joinery
• Basic maintenance plumbing
• Lock changes
• Finishing skills like patch plastering and tiling

The right Joiner Multi Trade will have:

• Experience in property maintenance
• NVQ or City and Guild in Joinery
• Own van and tools for first 3 months
• Clean and valid driving license

In return, the Joiner Multi Trade will get:

• Tenp to perm contract with Housing Association
• 23 per hour for first 3 months then 32,000 per year when permanent
• Company van provided after month 3 when permanent.
