Basic Salary: £30,000.00 to £37,000.00 Per Annum DOE

Due to growth, they are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking Senior Maintenance Coordinator to join their fantastic team in the Leicester area as a Senior Maintenance Coordinator on a Full Time Permanent basis.

Senior Maintenance Coordinator role:

• As a senior maintenance coordinator, you will be a key individual within the operation of property maintenance.
• You will coordinate projects and manage day to day work of the business as well as delegate to your team as appropriate.
• Maintain audit and reporting data to ensure compliance and processes are adhered to at all times as a Senior maintenance coordinator
• Support other departments as and when necessary and utilise skills experience to improve service level agreements
• Work effectively within a busy environment and to tight deadlines as a Senior Maintenance Coordinator

Senior Maintenance Coordinator Candidate:

• Previous experience as a planning and/or maintenance coordinator or Team Leader is ESSENTIAL
• Likeable and enthusiastic personality with a great work ethic
• Ability to work under pressure with a problem solving attitude as a Senior Maintenance Coordinator
• Highly competent of using all Microsoft office packages including MS Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
