Job title: School Premises Officer

Pay rate: Temporary rate 11.74 an hour OR permanent salary of 24,419pa

Location: Leicester, LE5 area

Working hours: Full time, 5 days out of 7 between Monday to Sunday, Various shifts between 5:30am and 10pm.

Contract type: Temporary or permanent available

Job Description:

• Enhanced DBS needed
• General maintenance duties
• Opening school gates and start and end of the day
• Carry out audits of facilities.
• Escorting of sub-contractors as required.
• Carry out Litter picking and assisting cleaning teams as required.
• Weekly fire test

Our client are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team to ensure site maintenance services are to a high standard across the school.

Due to the working hours of this role, it is essential that you live within a commutable distance to the site using your own transport. Public Transport is not available in the area at the times required for the role.
