Operations Manager

We are currently working with a niche food manufacturing business who are looking for an Operations Manager to lead the manufacturing and technical function

Responsible for a workforce of 110 you will be leading the manufacturing operation, ensuring processes are implemented from Good In to Goods Out and everything in between and that there is a right first time mentality across the operation. Heavily hand finished the products require the highest quality level and that will also sit within this role's remit.

In order to be considered you must be able to demonstrate that you have worked within a leadership role within a food manufacturing environment, ideally within a smaller business where you have to think on your feet and lead on the innovative ideas that make a difference. You will be an engaging leader who can manage stakeholders at all levels as this role will also have board interaction.
