SF Recruitment is working with an established and growing business in the investment sector to find an experienced Investment Accounts Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with previous experience in investment client servicing to join a dynamic team and support a growing client portfolio.

The Role
As an Investment Accounts Executive, you will be the primary contact for clients, providing top-quality administration support for a range of investment portfolios, including individuals, Self-Invested Pension Schemes (SIPP and SSAS), companies, trusts, and charities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support for a portfolio of investment clients, including record keeping and data management.
- Support the Investment Manager and Financial Planner with technical and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providers, and other professional connections.
- Stay informed on investment products and services, applying them to financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with Data Protection legislation and company procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing and administration within financial services.
- Knowledge of investment products and their role in financial planning.
- Strong IT and keyboard skills.
- A-level standard education (or equivalent) as a minimum.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate professionally.
- Knowledge of Data Protection legislation.
