Project manager - GMP peptide services

Main Purpose of the Job

To work as part of the GMP Peptide Services Team and to support the GMP sales process as well as acting as a Project Manager during project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the GMP sales process – by joining in customer (acquisition) calls as specialists – and prepare the proposals (quoting) as well.
• Project manager is responsible for customer communication during project execution – and as such for customer experience.
• Initiating and guiding of production process (including associated documentation) for GMP/PM projects.
• Preparing of the necessary documentation for GMP and PM projects.
• Representation of Operations in project team meetings.
• Supporting the development of new GMP and PM processes.
• Supporting the development of new methodologies and processes
• Other duties as assigned.
• Employee works in conformity with the installed quality assurance system ISO 9001 and GMP-API.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education of Master's degree in relevant field (organic chemistry/peptide chemistry) ideally educated to PhD level
• Previous experience in a similar role would be required
• Excellent spoken and written command of the English language
• Good theoretical and practical knowledge of the relevant professional field
• Thorough knowledge of GMP
• Software skills, e.g. Office, SAP etc.
• Excellent social skills, structural / independent working attitude, team player
• Experience with QMS system would be desirable but not essential
