Our client is a large PLC national housebuilder based in the Midlands region. They have a reputation for being one of the busiest developers in the region.They have multiple large sites within the East Midlands, most of which are part HA and part Private Build.Your new role
You will be the Assistant Site Manager, reporting to the Site Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
• SMSTS Certificate & CSCS Card
• Experience working on new build projects
• Experience in the management of Health and Safety
