Maintenance Engineer - Days

An excellent opportunity has arisen within this leading, global manufacturing company for a Maintenance Engineer working days within one of its state of the art facilitiies in Leicester.

THE ROLE

Reporting into the Maintenance Manager the role of Maintenance Engineer will suit a multi-skilled engineer with experience of working on manufacturing machinery. Responsibilities include:

• Daily maintenance of plant equipment
• Maintenance of PLC/CNC controlled machines
• Ensuring safe working practices are adhered to
• Support installation of new machines

THE PERSON

The role of Maintenance Engineer will suit an engineer with experience of working in a manufacturing or production environment with experience of maintaining CNCs and PLC equipment you will need to be able to commute daily to Leicester so Coventry, Rugby, Hinckley, Lutterworth and the surrounding areas are ideal locations to live. You will need to be keen to develop your skills and have the ability to work on your own and within a small team. You will need a technical qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering.
