FLT Counterbalance Operator

Job Role: FLT Driver - Counterbalance
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: 33- 33.5k per annum including overtime
Shift: Standard working hours: 8am - 6pm (Monday to Friday - 47.5h + requirement to work:-

• 2 x Saturdays a month (average 5 hours shift)
• 6 days in a month is a 12 hour shift 6am-6pm.

Must have an accredited Counterbalance FLT Licence to be considered, in house licences will not qualify.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a Counterbalance forklift in a safe and efficient manner

• Prepare product for transportation
• Removal of product from machine line
• Adhere to all Health and Safety Policies and Procedures

Requirements:

• Safely operating a Counterbalance forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and package product.
• Valid External Counterbalance certification
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
