Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing UK & US accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. (including marketplace accounts).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow our portfolio in our key sectors.
- Oversee the sales process from inquiry to delivery, including commercial proposal, pitch and negotiations
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Collaborate and support GLB field sales resources.
- Utilise our CRM tool to manage workloads, track sales and generate reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted offers and campaigns.
- Provide market insights to shape future product development and strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager
- Strong track record of growing sales and managing key accounts.
- Experience with CRM systems and database management.
- Excellent organisational, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships internally to ensure successful outcomes for customers.
- Familiarity with the student accommodation, build-to-rent, and social care markets is a plus.
