Bench Hand Joiner - Permanent Position
Location: Leicester
Salary: 15 - 18 per hour (PAYE)

We are seeking a skilled Bench Hand Joiner to join a large bespoke fit-out company based in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing company on a permanent basis with competitive pay and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and assemble high-quality bespoke joinery items to meet client specifications.
• Work from technical drawings and plans to produce precision joinery work.
• Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively.
• Quality control checks to ensure all work is to the highest standard.
• Work closely with the team to meet project deadlines and requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner, ideally within a bespoke fit-out environment.
• Strong skills in joinery techniques, including assembly and finishing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a workshop setting.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
