Assistant Site Manager-Housing

SLH Consult Recruitment are partnering our client a national house builder who are looking to appoint a freelance Assistant Site Manager for there site within Leicester.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned assistant site Manager with a minimum of four to five years experience working within the housing sector, who will be naturally looking to move into a Site Managers role within the next six to twelve months.

This is not a volume build there's a focus on quality, delivery and customer care, maintaining high levels of quality whilst working in great team based environment.

You will require an SMSTS, First Aid, and other associated qualifications, the position will initially commence as freelance and progress into a permanent position.

This role is ideal for a candidate who is immediately available who is looking for a long term career and permanent position.
