HVAC Engineer

Our client who is an established and very successful heating, ventilation and air conditioning Company and Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of HVAC Engineer.

The HVAC Engineer will operate in the field providing providing professional commercial gas heating and ventilation plant, installation and maintenance services for commercial clients located throughout the Midlands region.

The Role:

Reporting to the general manager the HVAC Engineer will be required to undertake maintenance, service and repair duties for commercial & industrial clients throughout the central England.
Your duties will include but is not limited to the following;

• Installation, maintenance, service and repair of boilers, gas fired burners, heating plant
• Assist with installation, maintenance and repair of Air Conditioning and ventilation plant including; chiller plant, AHU's etc etc

Candidate:

Ideally you will be an experienced HVAC with at least at least 4 years previous experience in a similar role.

You will be a qualified commercial gas engineer and ideally you will have experience with air con and ventilation plant.

You will have excellent pipe work, brazing and installation skills and applicants with good electrical engineering skills would be advantageous.

Applicants will hold a valid UK driving licence maximum 6 points.

Hours of Work:

8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Overtime is available in the week and at weekends and is paid at excellent rates.
