Due to expansion of our range and capabilities we are happy to be on the hunt for a proven Production Manager for our manufacturing operations in Leicester.
We are also in the enviable position of working closely with customers on developing niche and high-quality food products for QSR, Foodservice, Wholesale and contract pack partners – innovating and disrupting traditional food offers for over 25 years!

Role Description
- This position is full-time and based in Leicester. Two-shift pattern with occasional weekend monitoring requirements
- We want you to be an Overlord! Champion of our teams across high & low-care operations.
- Our continued success requires an individual to add value to our product quality and consistency agenda, develop staff, improve structure, monitoring processes and efficiencies!
- Be a foodie! Love what you do! Be involved in planning, coordinating and direct our manufacturing operation
- Systems and operationally led, measuring & monitoring, utilising our investments in systems led technologies (SAP experience a must, ideally Boyum or equivalent food manufacturing MRP software exposure) – ideally you will be a guru in this field!
Experience
- Structured, organised with leadership experience in the chilled and frozen food manufacturing space
- Gujurati /Punjabi / Hindi / English speakers desirable due to the diversity of our team
- Effective communication skills – drive performance and accountability
- Strategic thinker and problem solver – continuous improvement mindset
- Team player with the ability to coach & develop personnel
- Must have Food Safety Level 3 & HACCP level 3 IOSH Managing safety/equivalent desirable.
