CAD Designer - Shop Fitting
The CAD Designer will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and designs for Shopfitting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cabinetry design principles, along with experience using CAD software to produce high-quality design work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed CAD drawings and designs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure designs can be effectively manufactured and installed.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain and update design documentation to reflect any changes or revisions.
- Work with other team members to manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Conduct site surveys and measurements when required to inform designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CAD software and technology.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) with a strong portfolio of design work.
- Experience in, cabinetry design, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A degree or certification in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is an advantage.
