Associate Civil Engineer

Our client a Structural and Civil Engineering are currently looking for an Associate Civil Engineer with residential housing roads and sewers design experience to join their team based in the Leicester area. Salary dependant on experience up to 70k with a 37.5 hours flexible working week.

The successful Civil Engineer will be able to develop new leads and contribute towards the success of the business. The Civil Engineer will also be CEng, MICE, CMIHT or CIWEM. This is a great opportunity for a Civil Engineer to join and lead an expanding team.

Associate Civil Engineer Position Overview

• Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
• Managing a team of 8
• Project leader, client facing
• Business developing
• Project budget management
• Undertaking complex calculations
• Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
• Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures
• Resolving design and development problem

Associate Civil Engineer Position Requirements

• Degree Qualified
• Be chartered with ICE
• Experience with working within the residential secto
• 15 years development experience
• Expereince as a team leader
• Experience in growth/ client management/ reporting to business owner
• Proficient in Civils 3D/ Site 3D/ WinDes MicroDrainage.
• Knowledge of s38/ s278/ s104/ s106/ s184/ s185 applications
• UK driving licence

• Salary dependant on experience up to 70k
• 25 days Holiday + BH
• 37.5 hours a week
