Key points:

• Monday – Friday working week.
• 8.30am – 5pm working hours.
• Permanent opportunity.
• Based at our Head Office in Leicester (Hybrid opportunities available).

The main purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive HR support and payroll management to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organisation. This role is integral in ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and enhancing employee satisfaction. The HR and Payroll Advisor acts as a key liaison between employees and management, providing expert guidance on HR policies, payroll processes, and employee relations to support the organisation’s strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• A CIPD Level 3 or higher.
• 2-3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or a related field.
• A strong understanding of UK employment law.
• Knowledge of HMRC regulations related to payroll.
• Experience collating payroll or sensitive data in preparation for processing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using HR software systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented and organised with strong analytical skill.
