Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure high-quality materials, products, or services at the best value as a buyer
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Analyse market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities as a buyer
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a buyer or procurement role.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant procurement software and systems.
