The Role IT Field Service Engineer, Windows / Linux

Following continued growth this market-leading organisation now seeks to recruit a customer focused IT Field Service Engineer. In this rewarding role the successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Managing customer relationships and resolving all Windows, Linux, SQL, server workstations and connectivity technical support issues with key healthcare informatics and medical imaging customers
• Ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained

Your Background IT Field Service Engineer, Windows / Linux

To be considered for this role you should have:

• A strong background in an IT field service engineer or IT technical support role
• Windows knowledge, server and workstation management and configuration
• Linux knowledge
• General networking skills
• Basic understanding of virtualization and storage technologies
• SQL knowledge is a plus
