Sales Manager

Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer is required for a CEM (Contract electronic manufacturer) based in Leicestershire.

The successful Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer must have a proven sales background within CEM (Contract electronic manufacturing), PCBs (Printed circuit boards) or electronic components sales.

This is a working from home position, covering UK wide.

Role:

• Oversee sales process, including lead generation, qualification, evaluation, account management, and fostering strong customer relationships
• New business development and account management
• CEM (Contract electronic manufacturing), PCBs (Printed circuit boards) or electronic components sales
• Proactively work to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Serve as a technical consultant to new and existing customers, identifying requirements and offering guidance as to the best solution
• Liaise with various engineering departments
• Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies for new markets and industries

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer or similar
• A background in CEM (Contract electronic manufacturing), PCBs (Printed circuit boards), or electronic components sales
• Willingness to cover the UK
• Full UK driving license
