JOB TITLE: Composite Laminator
JOB LOCATION: Leicestershire
SALARY: Competitive
HOURS PER WEEK: 37 - 40
SHIFTS: Days
SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday (early finish Friday)
HOLIDAY ENTITLEMENT: 33 Days per year (with ability to buy and sell)
DURATION: Permanent

Position Summary:

This position is a Composite Laminator role working for an industry leader, supplying into the Aerospace industry

This role is working with Pre-Preg Carbon Fiber working to very high standards and responsible for the following

Kitting
Layup
Bagging and De-Bagging
Tooling preparation
Vacuum bagging
Complete all curing procedures to detailed specifications
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Working to Engineering drawings
Work with precision moulds
Identifying issues and understand when to escalate

Ideal applicants:
Ideally have a recognised industry qualification in the Composites (NVQ, City and Guilds)
2 or more years of industry experience
Demonstrate your ability to work to high standards in Composite Lamination
Confident to work alone with limited supervision at times
