Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Location: Leicester (Hybrid working available)

What You'll Be Doing:

As a PPC Executive, you'll take the lead on planning, implementing, and managing PPC campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.), helping drive traffic, conversions, and ultimately revenue for a fast-growing retail brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and optimising PPC campaigns for multiple retail products, Google Ads, Bing Ads, paid search, pay-per-click
• Conducting keyword research, audience targeting, market research
• Monitoring and adjusting bids, bid management, budget optimisation, ROI
• Reporting and analysing campaign performance metrics, data analysis, performance optimisation
• Collaborating with other teams, cross-functional teams, digital marketing strategies

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in PPC management, paid search campaigns, retail sector
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, SEM, search engine marketing
• Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, performance analysis
• Experience with A/B testing, remarketing, display ads, advanced PPC strategies
• Excellent communication, organisational skills, project management
