Location: Leicestershire (please apply only if you live locally or wish to relocate there now)
Salary: £31,200pa 40 hours at £15 per hour (paid weekly)
Overtime: Available with no limits, paid at x1.5

About the Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled Transmission Rebuild Mechanic to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our operations by specialising in the stripping down and rebuilding of gearboxes and engines for plant machinery including diggers and excavators.

Key Responsibilities & Experience required:

• Strip down gearboxes and rebuilding them from scratch
• Rebuild engines and axles using hydraulic ramps and other equipment
• Vehicle Mechanical knowledge is essential ideally within plant
• Background in the automotive or construction industry

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM
• Breaks: 10am: 15 min (paid), 3pm: 15 min (paid), 12pm: 1 hour (unpaid)
