Quantity Surveyor

Anderselite are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in care home and retirement village projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the commercial team to ensure cost-effective delivery and completion of developments. Key responsibilities include project administration, cost management, procurement, subcontractor management, and financial reporting. The role requires a strong understanding of contractual requirements and the ability to manage risks and opportunities effectively.

Certifications & Standards:
HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
