Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Housing Asset Manager to work with one of our Local Authority clients in Leicestershire.

What the job will be doing

• Leading housing asset team providing high quality, good value, compliant and safe homes for tenants.
• Leading team and overseeing development and delivery of contracts that have responsibility of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, health & safety compliance and asset strategy
