Quality Manager

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to work for a print manufacturing company based in Leicester

This is a permanent position

The Job:

• You will be responsible for company Quality System
• To investigate and resolve any customer complaints and find out cause of issue
• Ensure company and employees are fully compliant of business requirements
• Ensure all documents are completed in an efficient and timely manner
• Ensure all equipment is serviced and calibrated
• Providing training on quality system, procedures and guidelines
• Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm (30 mins lunch break)
• This is a site based role
• Salary £35k
• 26 days holiday plus bank holiday

About you:

• Previous Quality Management experience is required
• Preferably experience within a manufacturing or production company
• Full training will be provided for their systems and processes
• You will be expected to maintain a high level of attention to detail
• Demonstrate strong problem solving skills
• Communicate with all team members and departments
• Exhibit a proactive approach to quality assurance and continuous improvement
• Have knowledge of ISO9001:2015
