Multi-Trader-Housing

SLH Consult are currently partnering our client a national house builder who are looking to appoint a multi-trader/technician to work on a new build housing site within Leicester.

The ideal candidate must have previously worked as a technician/multi-trader on housing sites, possess relevant tools, and have a high level of customer service and communication skills as well as be able to carry out works to a high standard a relevant CSCS card in required for this role.

Typical duties will consist of minor works including patching, painting, tiling mastic and light carpentry etc.

This will be an ideal assignment for a seasoned contractor in-between jobs.
