Investment & Development Director – Leicestershire

Our client is a private Investment & Development Company that specialises in the acquisition and delivery of high end residential and commercial projects. They have a significant family heritage and backing with projects of various sizes across its portfolio in the UK.

Due to expansion they are seeking an Investment/Development Director to join the company to support its growth and help drive the business forward. They are looking to recruit a high-calibre individual who has a depth of experience within the development sector, demonstrating ambition, self motivation and determination.

The role will be working alongside the Managing Director, immersing themselves in the business from day one, from finding and appraising opportunities, building networks and managing projects from inception through to execution across multiple commercial sectors.

This person will have responsibility for managing the acquisitions pipeline, drawing on both internal and external resource to analyse and underwrite acquisition targets, and thereafter lead the bidding and execution process.

You should have proven experience in commercial investment/development with excellent black book of contacts and knowledge of the market. Entrepreneurial and hardworking is key! This would suit a proven commercial investment and/or development professional who is looking to relocate to Leicestershire.
